Special Issues

The IEEE J-FLEX is soliciting special issue proposals on timely and significant technical topics with broad interests. A special issue proposal should have enough content to address: background and motivation, significance and relevance to the IEEE J-FLEX, technical scope of the proposal, the plan for advertising the Call for Papers (CFP), the plan for handling paper review process, tentative schedule, a list of potential authors, a list of guest editors and their short biographies with emphasis on their experience in the proposed topic and relevant editorial experience, and one-page CFP draft. Pease refer to the IEEE J-FLEX’s guest editor guidelines for details. Guest editors, who are interested in organizing a special issue, are invited to submit a proposal to the Editor-in-Chief.
